REFUND POLICY

At Migrity, your satisfaction is our top priority. Migrity's products are all information products (courses, personal test reports). Once the order is confirmed, the system will automatically deliver the products via email. Once the customer has received, NO REFUND will be given.

1. All Sales are Final.

2. No cash refund except DUPLICATED ORDER and PRODUCT FAILED TO DELIVER . Refund process will take within 10-14 days.

3. NO REFUND on any faulty items. We will do EXCHANGE only.

4. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.

5. No refund on issue for example on situations : change of mind or just don't like the item.

6. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us with email to: service@migrity.com. That you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
